We stand behind every Otterly float suit with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@otterly.shop and we will make it right.
How our guarantee works
Because float suits are personal swim-safety items that ship hygienically sealed, we do not ask you to mail the suit back. Just email support@otterly.shop with your order number and tell us what went wrong. If you qualify, we will refund you to your original payment method. This 30-day guarantee applies to every order, including items bought on sale or at launch pricing.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email support@otterly.shop with a photo within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved it is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. We will always email you to confirm.
Cancellations and changes
Need to change a size, color, or shipping address? Email support@otterly.shop within 24 hours of ordering and we will update it before your order ships where possible.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer law.
