Otterly Shipping Policy

Every Otterly order ships with free standard shipping, with no minimum.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Add Priority Dispatch at checkout to move your order to the front of the queue.

Delivery times (after processing):

• United States: 7 to 12 business days
• Canada: 7 to 12 business days

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs delays during peak periods.

Shipping Protection: Add Shipping Protection at checkout and we will re-ship your order free of charge if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
